Peer-reviewed study on accelerating cell culture process development published


Recently, Bilfinger Life Science's innovation management in collaboration with Novasign and BOKU Vienna published study results showing that process development can be accelerated by using intensified Design of Experiments (iDoE) and the Hybrid Modelling (HM) approach.

By combining these innovative concepts, a scalable process model could be generated with a greatly reduced experimental effort. This saves time and costs in development and helps to significantly shorten the time-to-market.

The small-scale process model can estimate the two parameters in the pilot-scale processes with a high degree of accuracy.
